WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?

Any Organization or Corporate Company that is established under Hong Kong law, or group of employees employed by the same organization.

TERMS OF INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS UNDER THIS CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP SCHEME

• Corporate Membership-Individual Member have voting rights at the General Meeting of IIA HK
• are eligible for leadership position on the Board of Governors of IIA Hong Kong and may serve on any of the sub-committees
• the relevant employer organization or company will enjoy specified access to our proposed on-line IA jobs centre (details to be agreed).

CORPORATE MEMBERS' FEES

• The one-time registration fee per group application is HK$1,200.
• The one-time application fee per new application is HK$600.
• The member's annual subscription is based on the number of individual members from the relevant employer organization.
• For each Individual Member, the applicable annual subscription fee will be reduced at a rate of 20% of the normal member's fee if the total number of applicable members from the same employer is from 5 to 10 members. The annual subscription fee discount is 30% for each individual members from the same employer organization if the total number of applicable members from the same employer is more than 10.
• For Corporate Members registering more than 40 NEW members at the same time, there will be a 50% reduction in the one-time application fee.
• The Corporate Membership shall be renewed annually as at 31 May for the following year provided that the number of individual members from the same employer organization remain within the above bands as at that date, or the subscription rates will be adjusted as appropriate for the new numbers of individual members under the Corporate Membership as at that date.
